Since joining the firm in 2011, Andrew has imparted his fundamental approach to designing destinations through an array of award-winning workplace and building repositioning projects. As the Managing Director of the Chicago office, which he co-founded in 2016, Andrew oversees business- and staff development and continues to evolve the firm’s design practice in the Midwest. With over 20 years of experience as a designer and licensed architect working on a range of project types, Andrew is adept at bringing teams together to discover client objectives and user needs.
Andrew’s passion for community and family has led him to develop designs that will continue to remain relevant and impactful over time. He has received design awards for NEST House, a model for disaster relief housing with the potential to be used globally.
