Brita Everett
AIA LEED AP
Associate Principal
Brita joined the New York office in 2020 with experience in designing and managing small-scale and large-scale projects. She believes in the power of design beyond physical environments - how it shares stories, facilitates exchange of knowledge, and elevates experiences. When she approaches design, she imagines the human experience from the macro concept to the nuances of materiality and craftsmanship. Brita is passionate about sustainability and the circular economy which inform her work as a published writer, lecturer, and professor at Pratt Institute. Outside of work, she explores creativity through travel, art, cooking, and writing, finding inspiration from memoirs and the mentors she has connected with throughout her journey.
