Nicole’s approach to design goes beyond aesthetics – for her, design is art, placemaking, an opportunity to express values and create culture, and above all, an influence on the future. With a career in workplace environments that spans more than 15 years, her passion for the design process and unparalleled attention to detail has seen her lead building repositioning, workplace strategy, and corporate interiors projects of all sizes, including the firm’s largest project to date.

Since joining the firm in 2012, Nicole’s beliefs about the influence of design continue to evolve and guide her approach to leading and mentoring project teams. As Principal, Nicole will continue to shape the firm’s Operations and Human Resources policies to ensure an inclusive company culture and professional growth through active mentorship.
