As president and CEO, he develops strategy, process, and partnerships for the firm’s three offices. Sascha has 25+ years’ experience in workplace strategy and design, entertainment environments, and sustainably revitalizing existing buildings. He is a frequent speaker, panelist, juror, and contributor of articles on design practice. Sascha is a constant advocate for the design profession and has focused his career not only on creating impactful spaces, but on helping designers reach their professional potential.

Between frequent home remodeling projects, Sascha draws inspiration from travel and outdoor activities, especially golf and cycling.
